Contract and Service Agreement

To the applicant:

I would like to thank you for choosing Bluebrad as your source for quality A Website Designer. My company works diligently to ensure that your projects are given full attention, and are done expediently.

In order to process your order, we will require an initial deposit of (50% of the total project cost), (25%) and a remaining balance of (final 25%) upon the Compleation of your Web site. These Hosting, business email and other add-ons, and you are responsible for providing Content and images to your site. Any other work done to your site will be billed to you, has aditional work. all designs belong to bluebrad.com and only bluebrad.com, you have the rights to use them on your website and no other location. Please read Design Contract for more information.

If the final balance of any Web sites is not met within a 25-day grace period, Bluebrad will reserve the right to physically remove the Site and will offer to reinstall the Site when the required payment is met, after additional reinstallation fees (may / will) be added. In more severe circumstances, we may seek to file a mechanical lien against your business in order to receive payment for our services.

First Deposit And Payments to site will be taken on project compleation and not refunded. (There are no refunds all sales and payments are compleat)
If you Fale to provide any Content When asked your site is to be call compleat and final payment is required. (30 days from final payment the Site is to be compleat and finished, inless contract changes apply.)

**Installation will be performed by Bradley Smith and will occur no later than 14 business days upon (First payment date).**
